These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our website.

1. Who We Are

"Housies" is a trading name of Tressel Limited, a company registered under the laws of New Zealand. We provide online platforms for fractional property investment and management services.

2. Using Our Services

You must follow any guidelines or policies associated with our services. You may use our services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.

3. Your Account with Housies

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on our website. However, by posting content using our services, you grant us the right to genuinely (for business purposes) use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content (with our business partners) on and through our services.

Housies Content: Except for your content, all content found on our website and services, including text, images, audio, software, and other materials are owned by Housies or our licensors and are protected under both New Zealand and foreign laws.

  • Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.
  • Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorisation from that user and Housies.
  • Use our services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our services or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of our services in any manner.
  • Users who go on to trade shares in our properties on our marketplace, are 18 years of age or older.

7. Changes to Terms or Services
